Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every Jamie Love bag. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — fast, friendly, and fair.
15 Days. Unopened Items. Full Refund.
Return any unopened item within 15 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full within 15 days of receiving it back.
What qualifies for a refund
- Unopened, unused items only. The bag must be sealed in its original packaging with all toys, tags, and inserts intact.
- Within 15 days of delivery. The clock starts the day your order arrives, confirmed by carrier tracking.
- Proof of purchase. Your order number or the confirmation email — nothing fancy.
- Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing. In that case we’ll cover it.
What we can’t accept
Because these bags are designed for kids — and once the toys come out, they come out — we can’t resell a pack that’s been opened. A few things we can’t take back:
- Bags that have been opened, played with, or used
- Items returned after the 15-day window
- Items without their original packaging or inserts
- Gift cards, final-sale items, or bundles marked non-returnable
If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies, email us before you ship it back and we’ll sort it out together.
How to start a return
- Email us at returns@jamielovekidstoyz.com with your order number and a quick note on which item you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization (RA) and the ship-back address. Don’t ship anything before you’ve heard from us.
- Pack the bag in its original packaging with everything that came with it. Use a padded mailer or box.
- Ship it back with tracking. Hang on to the tracking number until your refund clears.
- We refund within 15 days of receiving and inspecting the return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Damaged in transit or wrong item shipped
Things happen. If your bag arrived damaged, defective, or if we shipped you the wrong thing, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it — full refund or a replacement, your call. Include a couple of photos in your email so we can sort it faster. We’ll also cover the return shipping in these cases.
When you’ll see the refund
Once your return hits our warehouse and clears inspection, we’ll process the refund within 15 days. You’ll get an email the moment we issue it. From there, how quickly it lands in your account depends on your bank or card issuer — most credit cards post within 3–5 business days; debit cards and PayPal can be a little faster.
Refunds always go back to the original payment method. If that card has been cancelled or closed, let us know in your return email and we’ll work out an alternative.
